Lyndsay is a seasoned change leader with professional training in Change Management, Coaching, and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified).  Known for her effective facilitation techniques and structured problem- solving, Lyndsay has extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Operations as well as consulting in the Retail and Military sectors.

Throughout her career, Lyndsay has successfully led major cultural and business transformations, integrating data, systems, processes, and personnel,  Sher has held pivotal roles, such as leading Operation for External Manufacturing in a major Pharmaceutical company, where she was accountable for the deployment of M-ERP and E-ERP across the division.  Additionally, while maintaining full-time positions, she served as an internal consultant for various organizations due to her exceptional outcomes.  Lyndsay let workshops that facilitated successful acquisitions, improved supply chain efficiency, developed future state division strategies and drove process and digital data transformation.

Her leadership style fosters collaboration, honest conversations, active listening, and a mindset of continuous learning.  Lyndsay’s approach has enabled teams to develop visionary strategies and tactical plans, ensuring successful strategy delivery and robust performance measurement.

Story Behind the Name

Lyndsay has lived in the City of Oaks for most of her adult life.  The Oak starts small and meager, and as tended grows to be stately, strong, and able to change with the seasons.  She spent most of her childhood growing up in Michigan, land of the Great Lakes.  Lakes so grand that they have tides and the depths of some are unknown.  Lyndsay is proud of this heritage and the symbolism resonate strongly with strategy and change.  We must start awkward and small and keep growing and changing with the tides to truly transform.  We do not know what tomorrow will bring, or the depth of the changes that will come upon us, but we can build resilience in our culture and plans to endure.
