“Where Do I Go from Here (A Trucker’s Song)”- Written by Robert Lee Castleman

“But where do I go from here
When I’m lost out on the road
The way’s not clear
To find my way back home”

Navigating strategy creation and deployment can at times feel like being lost on the road.  Is the team aligned?  What are the critical few items?  How do we move this from a strategy on a slide to a deployable plan.

These are all areas where independent facilitators are vital.  A strategy facilitator fosters an environment of engagement.  Team conflict?  Elephants in the room?  I will help pull those out for discussion at the appropriate time.

Too many priorities?  Unclear objectives?  We will work on determining the critical few through a structured approach together.   I will also work with you to determine you can measure how these objectives contributed to the organization in a meaningful way.

Finally, at the end of creating these strategic masterpieces I will coach you and your team through creating a governance structure so that the strategy doesn’t collect dust on the wall for a year.  We will determine milestones, timelines, and check ins that are at the appropriate cadence and level of detail for the stakeholders.

A facilitator can be the difference between creating and deploying a legacy or having a status quo meeting for a week in a room.
